I just came across your question today. I specialize in the Lakes Region, which includes Gilford. This home sold for $176,200 back on March 31, 2012. I can not find any foreclosure homes that are currently listed for sale on Old Lake Shore Rd. in Gilford. The only listing I see that is currently available on this road is a double wide manufactured home that is not a foreclosure on the market for $69,900 located at 303 OLD LAKE SHORE RD B - 13. The agent/office that sold 8 Curtis was Ellen Mulligan from Caldwell Banker RB/Center Harbor. This house was listed in Sept 2009 and sold 422 days later in Nov 2010. Listing price was $595,000 and sold for $580,000.
