If there are issues, there is process for responding to the inspection an agent can help you with, which would allow you to request repairs or concessions (if negotiated), or outright cancel if necessary. Hope this helps, good luck! ... more

So much to see on Trulia.com
I would look there! It's a great website to search and you can check the little box that says 'put into map area' which helps and then of course your $180,000 limit. I live in Ahwatukee and we love it here!
Just a mom, Good luck!

The cabaret is located on the Highway at the entry to the road leading to the property. It has little or no impact on the marketability of the property. The cabaret also has a billboard (or has) at Sunflower, approximately 30 miles S of Payson. I don't feel that has impacted the marketability of all Payson area properties. ... more

Corp is short for corporation, so when you see corp owned it simply means that a corporation owns the property. A property can be corp owned and not be a foreclosure, it can be a resale just owned by a corporation. Here in Florida we do have homes and properties that are owned by a corporation both when they buy a resale and when they sell.

Best of luck in your home search.

Zune Forsberg answered:
In my 18 year real estate experience here in Payson,I can't say it will fluctuate much as to asking price. However, the buyer is usually in a better negotiating position in the fall and winter months. Most years we have a lot of buyers during the summer. Informed buyers and sellers are aware of this. Sellers begin to panic about this time of the year, and buyers can offer(or negotiate) a price for less in a good percentage of cases.

If you are planning to buy this season, I suggest you contact me directly now, so we can begin seriously to look at what is available. Buying a home is a process- sometimes with time delays we don't expect (especially in this market- financing, etc). Then when the right home surfaces in our search, you will be recognize it and be prepared to move quickly. The exceptionally good ones don't stay on the market long.

I look forward to hearing from you.
