Unfortunately you can't that I'm aware of. Most 3rd party sites, like Trulia, simply pick up information from the MLS. Even after the property has sold, the photos are part of the MLS therefore they're attached to the listing.
You can try contacting Trulia support. Maybe they can help. The agent who listed the home and the agent representing the buyer are unable to do this as they have no relationship with Trulia.... more
The High School is Peninsula High school which is about a 25 minute drive. It is about 25 miles to the Naval Hospital. The property and home appear to be for sale without a lease option. Your question has appeared in Washington, and while we get answers in this section from all over the country, your most reliable information will come from Ohio where the mobile home is.
Generally, at least around here, mobile homes depreciate and improvements may not help. In our current sales environment, even improvements in stick built homes don't always fully return what they cost.
My main concern for your Ohio home has more to do with maintaining it well. If maintenance falls behind, you could run some large expenses and significantly hurt resale.
Get some local advice in Ohio, maintain the home as best you can and enjoy it. I'm certain that is your intention anyway. Best of luck.... more
Hi- I can measure the master when I go see the home owner tomorrow, but it is big enough for a king, work out machine, 2 end tables and a large piece of furniture. The master is the only bedroom with a walk-in closet. The home is occupied but easily available by appointment for viewing. You may be better off hiring a local agent to represent your needs as oposed to asking the listing agent. Any reputable buyer's agent will either have the answers you're looking for or be able to get them. Calling the listing agent is not a bad idea as some would have you believe, but it may not be the best way to protect your interests.... more
There are a few other homes in this neighborhood that are currently for sale. I know of one that is for sale by owner that is about 4 lots down, a bit over 4000sf, also on 5 acres. They're priced much higher as it's a beautiful custom home (builder is owner) and the home listed here is in pretty bad shape (bank owned, missing appliances, unfinished remodel attempts, ruined floors, etc).
