I'd like a contact with whom I can correspond regarding home rentals. I have two small shih tzus/crate trained where they stay while I'm at work. Safety is a must. I live in Nashville.

I believe the monthly paymnet. However, do not take my word for it, call any mortgage company and ask to speak with a loan originator. Many will be happy to speak with you on the matter and give you some pointers. If not give me a call and I will tyr to point you in the right direction.

I love referrals

Hello!

I have done a lot of Homepath in the past and Dan Tabit is right about the property having to be a Fannie Mae home and fortunately there is a great selection on www.homepath.com. I know the options are limited in Shelby County for lenders that offer the Homepath loans so feel free to email or call me for a few suggestions. Thanks!!!

There are a number of great homeschool options in the Memphis area, with students from Germantown. One great option is Faith Heritage which has an "off campus" program for students or can attend dual enrollment classes in college when in high school. There is MHEA which services the entire area. There are facebook groups for homeschoolers as well as classroom type classes one day a week if supplemental help is needed with certain subjects. You can check out http://www.thebridgeclasses.org/ or http://www.communityhomeschoolclasses.com/ . You can google homeschool in Memphis and do a lot of research online. ... more

You may want to consider a short sale. Some of these luxurious homes go for much less in a short sale. Also, you might want to consider buying land and building your own home.

Price wise, for a normal home, really depends on the location.
