Keep in mind that not all agents reply to feedback requests/comments--rather than worrying about feedback, make sure you are priced correctly and competitively, therefore review comps with your agent on a regular basis--recently sold similar properties in the immediate area, and adjust accordingly whenever needed....

Most Realtors will respond to a feedback request.
In some cases you may not get feedback if you ask once.
If you ask twice your agent will get the feedback.

Mack's answer (below) is very professional because if a Buyer's Agent shows your property and then gives positive feedback about the home, list price, etc. it may make it difficult to later negotiate a better price for their Buyer. But in my 34 years of experience it's usually the agent doesn't want to return a call or an E-mail requesting feedback because the Buyer is not interested and they do not want to take the time to reply. Although when feedback is requested from a showing some of us always do reply. It can be frustrating when you do not get a return call or E-mail but it's not only some agents that don't reply. Buyer's do not always reply to agents either. Some people just aren't good about returning calls.

Because we represent the buyer, and don't want to compromise their negotiating position.
