Are you asking who sets up the showings of your house?
If you're listed with a full-service Realtor, then normally your listing agent's office would set up the showings, based on whatever showing instructions you and your agent have agreed upon.
For instance, if you're living in the house, you and your agent might have decided that the listing office will call you to notify you when an agent wants to show the property. You should also have decided what to do if you aren't there when the office calls you to set up a showing.
Do you want the listing office to leave a message stating the day and time of the showing on your recorder? Do you need to call them back and confirm it?
Can the agent with the Buyer then go to the listing office and sign out a key and show the house? Or do you need to be there for all showings? Or perhaps your listing agent needs to accompany all showings?
If you listed the home with a limited services broker, then you might be responsible for setting up the showings yourself.
You see what I'm saying--There are a lot of possibilities. How showings are to be set up and conducted should have been discussed at the time you listed the home. Please talk to your Realtor about this, since you need to know what to expect. I hope this helps.
