In Maricopa county (Phoenix Metro area is in Maricopa county) there are 756 2 bedroom and minimum of 2 bath homes at this point in time in MLS starting at $39900.00 upto $1,500,000.00 list price. so the price varies by area and sq footage ot the house and these are on single family homes.

You can search the MLS at http://www.agentsingh.com also save searches just click the first link on the page. There are pre-set searches for forclosed properties as well.

Don't shy away to ask for help.

Phoenix has such a wide range of prices, amenities, and options to choose from that it is impossible to make a statement on the price. What are the other criteria that you have for your new home?

We have small homes that might be $40,000 to some that are going to run $250,000 for a 2 bedroom. Lots of factors between them, location, age, size, condition etc.

Why don't you provide a little more direction relative to your goals and I would be glad to provide you with information.

Are you looking for something to live in as a 2nd home? Is this investment? How much money do you plan to invest in the fix up?

You are asking, "How much does a (fixer upper) home cost?" There is such a wide range of possibilities that without additional information, to answer your question, would be pure guess work.

"Fixer uppers" exist in every market segment, from the cheapest to the most expensive.

Consider providing additional information.

Like all real estate the prices are not the same. It depends on the condition of the home and location. What part of the Phoenix are you looking?

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
