what if the house belongs to nonprofit do you think the bank would be more willing to help?

why do banks dont want to help I asked earlier I should have told you they are owned by a nonprofit that helps elderly and disabled and batterd woman live in this homes these people have limited income and will be homeless again .they were refered to us by other big agencies that dont have housing just shelters we do not get any funding. thanks k

In today's market the banks are always willing to offer a plan to contiue home ownership,they will negotiate with everyone.All you have to do is contact the bank and ask for a solution,it's that easy.Good luck!
