Hi Larry,

Those cost vary with the user, the size and age of the home and the user's preferences.

However the utility companies will provide anyone with an average of the costs for those items over the past year on an individual address with just a phone call.

I can provide you with a list of useful phone numbers if you'll contact me directly. NV Energy (electric) is 702-367-1555, Southwest Gas is 702-365-1555. The contact for water varies by municipailty.

Larry,

It really depends on your use. Electricity in the summer is always going to be higher. Water surprised me when I moved here as decent. However, it took me a while to get used to month to month water bills. I would say 3 bedroom house moderately wouldbe about $300+ in the summer for electric and about $30-50 a month for water.

Hope this helps!
