Those are all nice attributes, but pretty hard to quantify. Not to sound overly cynical, but you and a few hand-picked past clients telling me you're ethical, honest and look out for your clients doesn't prove anything.
Admittedly, it's a tough industry to prove your merits.
I do like the new Redfin model that started earlier this month, showing ALL transactions from an agent -- failed or not (blue icon = completed, green icon = did not close). I like seeing the volume of offers, success rates, prices offered along with addresses if I feel like writing a letter to the client requesting an opinion.
Put another way, I don't care about an agent's mission statement -- I want to see what they've been doing out there.
