Tampa is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.
What you make of it when you get here is up to you.
Rumors do exist that there is a democrat around here somewhere.
-
If beaches, sand and sun appeal to you, you should consider Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater or St Pete as alternative locations that are a short trip across the bridge to Tampa.
-
Obviously, without more information, little of value can be presnted.

Best of success,

Tara1008, the focus of your question is dependent upon subjective answers that have little source to buying or selling real estate.

If you wish to learn about the Tampa Bay area, try visiting the website City-Data.com. There you will find a public forum filled with questions and comments by members of the public.

Perhaps your question would be best directed to a dating site rather than a real estate forum.

Best regards,
