Please stop spamming. You posted the same question 10 times.

To answer your question: It's because buyers don't understand how real estate works. They think it's best to deal with the listing agent. A few think they'll get a better deal because, somehow, the commission will be less.

If they do not know another Agent, they just take the path of least resistance.
