Hi Paige,
I agree with Bill. Our current market is extremely tough on new agents. I recommend you continue in your current position and find a mentor, another agent who wouldn't mind you tagging along on showing appointments, listing appointments and offer writing. This will give you vaulable first hand knowledge to take with you to CO. I wish you the best of luck in your new career!

Hi Paige, if you are moving out of state in May, then I would not bother wasting your time/money on starting a real estate career here in Arizona. As a new agent, in this market, I rather doubt you will close anything before you leave town. Sorry, but that's just the cold hard facts.
