80 - 120 with ave amenities and 9 ft ceilings, add 10-15 per sf for nicer finishes. Smaller homes will garner the higher (120/sf), whereas homes greater than 4000 would likely be 100, and 7000 homes closer to 80, although interior finishes would escalate to 15-25 and 25-35 accordingly.

Prices per sq.ft. on new homes in this area vary widely depending on location, land cost, standard features, upgrades, etc., not to mention a builders perception of what a fair profit margin is. I have two new homes on the market in Front Royal, Va. that are approx. $120-125/per sq. ft. priced with standard features. (Standard features vary from builder to builder also). Warrenton (where I reside) is probably a little higher for a similarly appointed home. My name is Bob Baldwin, and I am an agent with Exit Choice Realty. If you would like to see what you can get for this price per sq. ft. please feel free to contact me. I will be very happy to meet with you and show you.
