how trulia find out how many views are in a home?

Hi Kitty, sites track "views" by tracking the number of clicks to the detail page of the property on the site. Most times, that service is available to agents that pay a premium for the service, and if they do they can share that information with you. It is useful because it is one gauge of whether your property is presented in such a way that it is drawing attention from the online consumer - and make no mistake about it, that is where the buyers are these days.

Dear Kitty:
Must realtors that belong to MLS,VLS or Truila we are connected to 30 or more websites. the views are done by trcaking system if you join certain groups you receive this tracking.

Not sure I understand the question--if you are referring to the number of views on a property listed on Trulia--a tracking system is likely.

Trulia picks up the MLS feeds from around the country. So it's dependent on what the listing agent put into the local MLS.
