Gigi, you need to be specific in what you want the land for, will you want utilities available, what type of surface is desired(dirt, asphalt, concrete, gravel), how long do you want to lease, are you planning to do anything commercial on this acre?

Do you mean "Lease" or did you mean buy... though I attempted to find some kind of verfiable statistics on land leases in 78218... there was just none to be had...

So... I'd just go old school... lets find out who owns the piece you are looking to lease... and let's talk to the owner and see how much they are willing to lease it for...
