Sorry the link didn't work.
Go to http://masslandrecords.com
and choose Hampshire County.

In the prior answer, I tried to give you the link already inclusive of Hampshire and it didn't work. :(

Good Luck

Through http://masslandrecords.com/malr/controller, you can search data by address. Records go back a few decades.

Good luck

It depends on who you are, where you are, and which source of information you use. To be specific:

If you're getting the information from your county, it will depend on their particular policies. Many counties have data available online going back a decade or so, and have previous data going back further on microfilm.

If you're getting the information from your local MLS, then, if you're not a Realtor, you're probably out of luck. Many MLS's still have rules on the books preventing sold information being made available to the public. If you're a Realtor, then it will depend on the MLS's policies. Many have sold data going back a decade or so, and previous data is sometimes available on microfilm or hard copy.

Hi Carol,

The MLS system that services South Hadley goes back to 1993 (19yrs). If you are looking for some specific sold property information please feel free to contact me. Looking in the Registry of Deeds database will get you a lot of information but to my knowledge it won't give you any sort of reports.

Best of luck,
Lou

Local Multiple Listing Services can go back up to 5 years. However, searching the tax records can give information back as long as the original land was sold. Also a title search will show title from the beginning. So, it depends on which resource you use to get the information

Hi Carol,

I'm can't speak for other MLS Systems but in Houston we can go back up to seven years in property archives.

I hope this helps!
