HI Marcus,
There is a site called property shark that will give you the name of the owner of a property when you enter the address.

It is not terribly difficult to find that out... go through public records or ask your agent to do it for you. Realtors have tools that can get this for you relatively quick. Always happy to assist.

There are several ways to get that information. If you Google the address something should pop up. A realtor can provide the information or you can phone or email me the address and I can provide the information. Also, if you have a Homeowners Assoication, they should be able to help you.

Call me at (661) 255-3335 for assistance or email me at cheryl@cherylgarner.com.

Realtors have access to Title companies who can provide this information within minutes. The first thing we usually do when we get a listing is to verify ownership on the property. Title companies also give us full access to public records, as does our access to the MLS, therefore, it's a good idea to have a relationship with a friendly Realtor in your area... we can be a wealth of information.

This is public records information, are you thinking of buying this home? You can get this information at the county clerk recorders office, title company, or any licensed Realtor.

Hi Marcus

http://Www.Publicrecords.onlineSearches.com/CA_LosAngles.htm

Amazing what data. You can find including how delinquent is your neighbor.

Cal Los Angeles County Recorders office tomorrow morning or a local Realtor.

But the county web site is amazing.

Good luck.

It's very easy. A real estate professional can pull this information up in public records. Depending on the reason for your inquiry you may be better off knocking on the door. The one who holds title is not always the one living in the home.

As Michael said...the old fashion way. Go knock on your neighbour's house maybe with a small basket or such or nothing at all, introduce yourself and nicely ask if they are the owner. And let the conversation go from there.
good luck

If you want to do this yourself then you will have to do it thru public records. But your real estate agent can find you this information relatively easily as they have numerous real estate information tools at their disposal.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Go online and look up the property from the tax assessor's website. It's easy to do and in most cases free.

You can check local public records, ask another neighbor(s), ask any agent offline, etc.

You can check with the city assesors office and see whos name is on the tax records. That should give you the property owners name, and the mailing address where the tax bills are being sent to. You are showing LA as your location, so here is the contact info for LA county.

info@ttc.lacounty.gov, or call 888-807-2111

I hope this helps.

Have yourself a good day.

Your city or county will have tax records that show owners of all properties. Good luck!
