Most areas near SouthPark (center of Charlotte) hold their value or tend to rise. Most neighborhoods here seem to keep the renovations going since the trend in this area is usually very good. If one neighborhood is not quite for you, look at the next subdivision, & the next one till you find what you are looking for in the SouthPark area. There are many different types. Currently there is a shortage of homes for sale along Park Rd corridor, since so many people wish to live near SouthPark.

Nearby is great shopping, restaurants, the Greenway walking path, Park Road Park, the LightRail, easy access to I-77, I-485, & can get to Uptown or Ballantyne easily. Location, Location, Location! and throw in some Modern Charm!d

Call for more questions or to look. See great listing in Montclaire at 1823 Wedgedale Dr, Charlotte
