Will there be an impact to Glassboro's home values from the revitalization of downtown and the growth of Rowan and its possible merger with?

Rutgers? Glassboro's downtown is already undergoing the revitalization from Rowan Boulevard, and the univesity continues to grow. Will that have an impact on the values of homes in Glassboro, especially if the merger with Rutgers goes through?

I've seen positive and negative so far. There has been a lot of real estate activity in the past year. Check out the market inventory: http://www.twpvalues.com

The development in Glassboro with respect to Rowan and the new medical school should favorably impact property values. The township has put strict rules in place regarding landlording so there should be fewer instances of slumlord properties. On the whole, in my opinion, I think the real estate future in Glassboro is bright.

It should. College towns are normally a boom for the local economy.

There can always be issues with student housing but if done right, all can be well.
