Why would Karen Krach sell a house with crumbling foundations?

Asked by Kyle Grimes, Arcadia, IN Wed Sep 26, 2012

I was a contractor that worked on this house and it is not raised, there is very little room in the crawl space and the house is actually sinking because of the rotten beams and crumbling foundation.

You are concerned about the well being of the future occupants.

They should have had an inspection done before they bought it and
based the price on the cost to repair.

It was bank owned and sold cheap, probably for that reason.

What is the current status of this house flip? Did the foundation issues find resolution?
