I do love questions like these........not! First of all, please define what you mean by a developing area. There's residential, there's commercial, there's rentals, sales, existing, new development, condominiums, PUDs, single family, multifamily etc. I think you're getting the gist of my reasoning here. Ask specific questions and ye shall get specific answers. Whichever way you look at it, I respectfully disagree with the last post as I believe Eastern PA is no longer an attractive option considering gas prices coupled with increasing congestion along the main highway corridors. But that's just one opinion :-)

It depends on what type of development you're interested in. In my service area, Ocean County and northern Atlantic County there's plenty.
In northern Ocean, construction of single family units continues and several municipalities are considering plans for 55+ community development. Further south, there is still alot of single family and condo construction.
If you could narrow it down, I could get you more detailed info.
