The most desirable neighborhoods of Oceanside would no doubt be Fire Mountain, Henie Hills and South Oceanside!

Honestly almost all the neighborhoods surrounding El Camino high are great. I personally like Rancho Del Oro and Guajome estates which is just East of El Camino High. Being a native to Rancho Del Oro I know this area like the back of my hand, if you have any questions about the area feel free to give me a call.
Sincerely,

Good Morning!
First of all, as an alum of El Camino High School, I am not going to disagree with you!! (Go Wildcats!, LOL). Secondly, Realtors can't state what the best, most desirable, safest, etc. area is. What we can do is provide you with all the information you need, so that you can make your own judgments. Having grown up in Oceanside, and now living, working and raising my own family here, I am the most qualified Realtor you could find to do this! Feel free to contact me directly and I can answer any questions you might have about lovely Oceanside...

Thanks!

If El Camino High is your preference then rule of thumb is contain your search to west of College. Although do not be hasty in your conclusions on High Schools. Mission Vista HS is a solid choice for tracts east of College and some will swear also to Vista High. You need to visit the schools and research them further, and if done so, and El Camino is the choice, then in and around the school itself or some very fine neighborhoods.

I guess it depends on what you consider desirable or what everyone else thinks. Do you like a big yard, want a custom home or tract home, what price range is affordable for you, do you want a view, etc. Fire Mountain and Arrowood which are mentioned by others are probably not in the El Camino High boundary.Talk to an agent who will listen to your preferences and then work hard to get you the right home and the right price in the time frame which works for you.
