Where is the ideal place for a hospital employee to live (not single, and has 10 year old child)? Affordable is a must.

Fair Housing Laws prevent agents from answering; you need to do some homework of your own--visit a neighborhood several times to get a sense of belonging. Check out area statistics; real estate professionals are prohibited from “steering”—enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods; so, you should check out demographics on your own to assure your comfort level can be reached.

Visit http://www.247realtyservice.com and do a map search for homes. Then speak to people in the neighborhoods you favor also visit this website http://gbi.georgia.gov/georgia-sex-offender-registry for Georgia. Florida has a similar website.
