Without question the palce to invest in Florida is Lake Nona on Orlando's southeast corner. Billions of dollars are be invested there to create a medical city that is attracting 30,000 skilled workers to the area.

The best place where you get the highest return.
Normally the location is close to public access.
Densely populated areas with good employment opportunities.
Low taxes and low property management cost
Sound structure well insulated
Utilities are separately metered.
I personally look for properties that are located near universities colleges.
In Florida we have many locations . It is sensible to find one close to where you live.
It is difficult to be managing a property from a distance.
Property management is a solution but it will eat up most of the profit.
Unless you are interested in apartment complexes over 25 units.
Vacancies are a reminder that making an investment can be risky if the price of the acquisition is heavily leveraged.
Getting financing on income properties is rather complicated this does provide great opportunities to buyers with a strong capital capabilities.
My strength in this industry is local. I have found Broward County South Florida a strong and healthy provider for income properties. I wish I had some loose cash I would buy more.
