I work in the Weston-Wayland market and I can tell you that no one homeowner pays sewer bills. The entire town has on site septic systems which require annual and bi-annual pumping. The monthly bills will then be water, taxes, utilities, and of course their mortage. Please contact us with further questions regarding this market. Best

In Wayland, you pay property taxes, water bills and trash collection. I believe the majority if not all houses are on septic, so there is no sewer bill. The water is town water, so it is not as high as MWRA water bills which is a plus. There is no trash collection in Wayland - through town services. You either go to the dump - which is pay as you throw bags and around $150/year. Or you can get a private contractor to do it.

Homeowners also have to pay to dispose of trash at the town Transfer Station. Here's some more information...
