There are indeed many jobs/career with pay in that range in the Louisville area. Programmers make from $70,000 to $100,000 and the word I'm hearing is there is demand for programmers right now.
Louisville is on track, too, as a location for a Phillips 66 research facility. The final plans are not on file, yet. So, real estate professionals are waiting for more word on that project.
