21 EUREKA SPRINGS RURAL RURAL 44.15
21A EUREKA AMBULANCE RURAL 46.15
21E EUREKA SPRINGS CITY EUREKA SPRINGS 48.55

The above millage rates are for Eureka Springs. You can look up the parcel information at http://www.actdatascout.com . While the tax amounts are not listed, you take the total assessed value x the millage rate (in thousandths) = Tax owed. Assessed Value of $20,000 x .04415 = $883 . The assessed value is 20% of the Total Value so that $20,000 assessed value would have a $100,000 value from the county assessment.

Recent assessed values can be a good way to indicate a properties value, but since property values have dropped in some areas the county assessed values may be high. For more questions feel free to call me 479-409-4992.

Hi Beth,
Property taxes in Arkansas are based on a Millage rate. The CARROLL COUNTY ASSESSOR’S OFFICE website is http://www.actdatascout.com. Hope this helps.

With most towns and cities you can go to their website and look up the assed values under the assessors office. You can than look up what the tax is per thousand under the tax collector and figure out what the tax is. If it is not online, you will have to go to the city or townhall and visist the assessors office to ask for the tax card.
