He is absolutely correct. These townhomes are WAY too nice for this area. These apartments, which are less than a stone's throw across the driveway, are FULL of undesirables. You have two vastly different income levels on top of one another, here. Also, word to the wise: take a drive around Cape Canaveral and the area in general after dark, and even better, later at night. You will see a scarily different element at night than you do in the day... which is when the crack addicts, prostitutes, etc. are asleep. After midnight, the place is downright scary and it is hard to believe it is "beachside." Cape Canaveral is chock full of too many trailer parks to count, pit bulls, dog crap, drug dealers, strippers, you name it. I lived there a year ago and found this out the hard way. I bought a place and learned THE PRICE IS SO GOOD FOR A REASON!!! Look around, down the road only a few scant miles to Cocoa Beach, and see how much the prices rise. Ask yourself why? Same beach, but the reason is Cape Canaveral is full of the worst element and they are not going ANYWHERE any time soon. The truth may sound harsh, but BUYER BEWARE!!!
