Ann Arbor has grade schools that are the top in the nation. I would check here:
http://www.greatschools.org/

The grade schools split and all the kids go into different middle schools, then split up and go to different high schools (there are 3, all good) and you have options, lots of options. Ann Arbor is a school of choice, meaning if you don't mind dropping and picking up your child, you can chose what school to put them into, if there's space and it's listed what has space available here:

http://www.a2schools.org/

Now, finding housing in your area is a different matter. You'll need to know what you are interested, new or old charm, what you have to spend, etc.

Call me, I'll be happy to help.

Hi Nikki: Thanks for your interest. Ann Arbor is a great town, with a very highly rated school system. I had both my kids go through the system, and they got a great education. For rating information, I encourage you to check the "Resources" Tab on our Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors website, which has comprehensive information on the whole Ann Arbor Area, and other surrounding areas.
If you need help finding a home, I'd be happy to help! Best of luck!
