What are good standards for buying a land in Palm Pay??

The lot should be in a buildable section of Palm Bay and be a minimum of 0.23 acres (or larger if it's a corner lot).
You should ascertain if the lot and the area have city water or well water, city sewer or septic tank, and if the lot is in a flood zone or not.
