Selling a home involves two important key factors:
1. Visibility- a comprehensive marketing play that employs high traffic internet tools is essential as well as more traditional marketing-open houses, newspaper and magazine ads, give aways etc. etc.
2. Pricing- in a market such as the one we are in buyers are looking for the DEAL. It must give the buyer the feel that he/she is getting a great home, in a wonderful location, at a price they can't afford to walk away from. Unfortunately to most people today, this means selling at a loss.
