Hello Mr. Renganathan,

77041 and surrounding areas have lots of potential. You will find starter homes as well as custom homes in this area. Since you are looking for apartments specifically, there are a few available that I can give you information on. When do you need to move, what is your budget, how many bedrooms are your looking for, do you have pets, and do you have a good rental history?

Once I get some details from you, I can direct you to the places that are to your specifications.

Let me know if you have specific questions or requirements, or need more information. You can reply directly to my email or contact information as stated below.

77041 in northwest Houston has some great neighborhoods near by like Concord Bridge for starter homes and up to Lakes on Eldridge for higher end and custom homes.

We can't discuss crime as we do not keep records on that. Best to check with the local Sheriff for that information. Here is a link to their web site.

There are plenty of apartments within 10 miles. I think we can find you one within 5 miles or better! Send me a note with some basic information (price, number of bedrooms, pets, etc) and I can email you a detailed report with photos, lease prices, maps and more. Look forward to hearing from you.

Nathan ...

Realtors are prohibited from discussing whether a particular location is "safe." Your best course of action is to drive through an area during several times of day ... particularly evenings and weekends. You might also want to stop and talk to residents ... believe me, they'll tell you the good, the bad and the ugly.

I'll need a little more information before beginning a search for you ...

When do you need to move in? What is your budget? How large a place do you need? Do you prefer an apartment, townhouse, single-family home, etc.? Are there any pets? Do you smoke? Are there any credit or landlord/tenant issues?

If you'll get back to me, I can start looking. I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards ...
