Hi Eric,
The best information that I can offer you in comparing the two areas is
1.Check the crime statistics at
2. Check the sex offender database megans

Also contact a knowledgable agent whom can give you specifics on the neighborhoods.Price, size etc. I hope this helps.Feel free to call or email me for further assistance.

Hi, we didn't do too much research on Cambrian Park particularly but we have checked Willow Glen, Evergreen, Berryessa, Sunnyvale, Campbell, Milpitas, Fremont, Almaden Valley......most places before we made the decision to buy a home in east Dublin because 1) great schools in Dublin (we have a 3 yr old boy); 2) most bang for the bucks. 3) we are very picky on lot privacy and it's really hard to find a home back to open space in those cities mentioned above. Of course, the commute will be a disadvantage if you or your wife work in South Bay. We made the compromise on commute, hopefully to get a newer affordable bigger home with some sort of view in a great school district. Good luck on house hunting!
