My question; has or has not Rosevile Ca (Placer County )ever been a great city, historically towards African Americans or Afrikan

Basically my general concern is Roseville California been a fair city toward residents sharing ethnicity or rather Affinity with the afrikan contenant; as for odd troubling disturbances reported by her citizens Predominantly European Anglo Saxon Caucasion (or so-call whites only) community requiring lawenforcent against later determined or proven unfounded by evidence

Realtor work under a draconian rule about discussing Race and Religion:
We cannot comment. period!
If we do, it is called "steering" and we can lose our license.
I also believe that these questions perpetuate more than they solve.

I live in Roseville and haven't had any problems. Yes its predominantly white, but there's a good mix of folks in Roseville. Lots of mixed kids, whether its black & white, black & hispanic, hispanic & white, hawaiian & black. There's a large hispanic community and russian communities as well.

iquariousv62 - Since this is a lending and real estate forum, maybe you could restate your question since it doesn't appear to fall into either of these two categories....
