Confer with your REALTOR and inquire if any current owner disclosures are readily available for you to review.

Not so easly obtained, but the sheculed maintaince plan may also prove revealing.

Be advised, you are not ENTITLED to these documents UNLESS you have made a purchase offer. Your REALTOR will need to use their skills and contacts to find them on your behalf.

Not exactly sure of the question either.. Sure there is mold, its Ocean Pines which is very humid and damp. There is mold on almost every roof... Now if were talking about mold on the interior of the property, then that is not anyones fault other than who lives there.

If you find a home that has mold and/or structural problems, DON'T NECESSARILY SHY AWAY FROM BUYING IT.... THIS IS HOW YOU GET THE BEST BUYS!

You can FIX it with a renovation loan! I can help you with the entire process... inspecting, estimating, vetting contractors, closing, rehabbing and then... I will leave the enjoying up to you ;)

Mold is often confused with mildew and is very different and often mistaken for mold. What is your question?
