I may have missed the first portion of your question. Is this a home in Hopkinton, MA? It sounds like you may have had difficulty trying to sell it. I know our company's Hopkinton office is pretty busy. If indeed this is a Hopkinton, MA home you're talking about, I'd be happy to help you weigh decisions on selling vs. renting, give you some current market rents for similar homes in the area, etc....Please let me know if I can help. I am familiar with the area (only if we're talking about Massachusetts though!)

Ester Rose, The rental market in almost all areas is doing really well. Many companies have property management divisions. I'd contact a local company and see what services they offer. You probably won't have issue renting it out, given that it's market rent value and in good shape. Good luck!
