Hello,
I can give you an idea of the different apartments in the Central Southwest, but it would be better if you narrowed down the area, based on your daughter's specific criteria. Does she need to consider how far her commute would be, does she have pets, what is her budget, etc. etc........

As far as safety is concerned, realtors are not allowed to specify whether an area is safe or otherwise, therefore, the best way to check this out is to be around the areas that interest you at different times of the week and day so you can get the best feel for it.

If you would like to call or email me with specifics or have more questions, I will be happy to help.

Betty,

You will have to review local police departments web sites or here on Trulia to review crime activity, Realtors do not keep this information. A quick "google" search regarding the name of the community, street, etc might turn up some information.

We have links to the police sites as well as a data base to all the apartment communities in the Houston area. This program also lets us know about specials, size of apartments, washer/dryer connections or even private garages. Please contact me privately and I will get your daughter this information..no charge!

Realtors cannot comment on whether a specific area is "safe." You can review crime statistics by Zip Code, address or neighborhood at the following site ... http://houston.everyblock.com/crime-reports/
This should prove helpful.

In order to be of further assistance, I'd need some additional information ...

Budget
Bedrooms/bathrooms/sq. ft.
Is your daughter a smoker?
Are there any pets?

Please e-mail or call me with your criteria, so that I may begin to search for appropriate residences. There will be no cost to you, as I am compensated by the homeowner. I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards ...

I would be more than happy to help with your daughters housing needs. However, I would need more information as to location and price range. I can not guarantee safety but I can provide you with statistics in certain areas.

Let me know how I can help!
