Staci, my guess would be that this is a normal turn around time for Southwicke. The developement has homes that were built around 2001 or later, and since most buyers live in a townhome for about 3 to 5 years, that would be one of the reasons why there seem to be an over abundance of listings. Another reason of course is the increase in marketing time that we have been experiencing. Some of the homes in this subdivision are located as such where traffic noise from RT 59 may be contributing to the excessive marketing time. All in all, it is a great subdivision, and perhaps a good opportunity for you to negotiate a great price for your new townhome!
