In Arizona, can one sibling live and keep a home owned by all four siblings? Can that one be forced out? Does the spouse have claim to that property?

Any property held jointly with another party can be partitioned in Arizona. Which means a sale can be forced if desired by one party. If the house was an inheritance the spouse has no claim.
