If short sale is approved with BofA and not expired yet, could they deny not to give Hud approval or not. If they do, what is our option?

Hi hilda912022,

If BofA approved the short sale in writing and nothing has changed on the HUD, they should sign off on it. However, banks can pretty much do what they want. If they don't sign off on the final HUD, you would need to have your Realtor find out from the listing agent why they didn't. You would need to know the reason they didn't sign off on the final HUD before you could see what your options are.
