Annual and Seasonal Rentals are very active. There are more Renters looking for homes or vacation homes everyday. If you plan on using your condo, you would need to rent it monthly or seasonally. If you are managing the home yourself, annual renting is a bit easier to manage. If you haven't found a company to help you with your lease, please contact me.

Do you want to rent it as an annual or seasonal rental? I would find a Realtor that handles rentals and get their opinion on the market in your neighborhood for both. You can actually do that here on Trulia.
