Manhattan (Hillman Co-Op Village). Is this a bad sign? Should I stay away? (I am looking for a 1BR for approx. $400K. )

hi tami!

not necessarily. in this tight inventory market, more choices = more room to negotiate. i'm sure the sellers are also aware of the number of available units in the area. if a qualified buyer were to make a solid offer, based on a variety of factors, then i think a savvy seller would jump at the opportunity.

soon, there will be more buyers in the pool.
