Hi Holly,

If you are still interested in looking into this part of town, then I can help you. I actually sold new construction in Old Stone Crossing and am familiar with the area. Coming out of Old Stone Crossing turning left on Back Creek Church Road for about 1/4 of a mile you turn left again onto Rock River Rd., then you drive for approx. 2 miles crossing over I-485 Bridge and on your right there is a Harris-Teeter Grocery Store. There is also a small Food Lion off University Boulevard heading toward Harrisburg at Leslie Square Shop.

Hi Holly,

Old Stone Crossing is located in the university area of NE Charlotte in Caldwell Creek. You will have easy access to I485 (interstate) at exit 33 Hwy 49. It is a huge complex covering 40 acres with 2 residents clubs, 2 pools (one junior olympic size), a fitness center, tennis courts and playground. There are currently 54 homes for sale in this location ranging between $148,900 to $519,000. There are several subsections to this subdivision with different builders building the different price points. The subdivision is close to Charlotte center for all the entertainment and also easy access to Lake Norman and Concord Mills for great shops and outlet malls. This whole part of Charlotte is being revamped.
