I'm looking for a graph to show historical demographic trends of the Clayton (80205) area. Any suggestions on how to get this?

I own a home in 80205 and have a lot of experience with that neighborhood. I found this article to be pretty informative, and thought it might help! http://blogs.westword.com/latestword/2012/06/denver_80205_wh…

80205 was in the top 25 zip codes in the entire nation in 2012 for gentrification.

It's one of Denver's most promising zip codes in my opinion.

I live in that neighborhood and would love to help! It is definitely a hotter market for Denver now and they are currently spending a lot of money redoing light poles and repaving streets!
