Karen has certainly found her place in the sun since 2007.

You will find that Dunedin, and Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor and Clearwater are all nice towns IF the person moving in is a nice person. Treat folks with kindness and you will receive the same.
Expect others to make you happy and you will be disappointed.

Dunedin will be EXACTLY what you make it to be. If you bring your happiness with you then indeed Dunedin can become your little slice of paradise also.

Best of success,

This is a wonderful town. The downtown area is special and provides you the feeling that you are away from all the major cares. It seems like you have stepped back in time to a place theat is not surrounded with the current hustle and bustle many other towns have. With that being said it has all the amenities you could want in town and within short drives. It has a great micro brewery and many other things in town.

What the others have described is only a taste of what Dunedin offers. It definately worth checkiing out to see if it meets your lifestyle.

Personally I live on the water in North East St. Petersburg which our family enjoys tremendously. But that is the great thing about this entire area no matter what you like there is a place for you to feel right at home. And, you are close enough to all of them so you get to enjoy all the experiences.

Good luck with your home search. I am not a realtor but have had the honor of working with some great professionals so if I can be of any assistance please let me know.

Kind regards,

Great Choice. Quaint and charming describe this beautiful town with it's Scottish influence. Easy commute to the Greater Tampa Bay Area, international airports, performing arts center, Clearwater, St. Petersburg etc. etc. etc. Near perfect weather year round. Most of all you can visit Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands. Here is a link to the Chamber of Commerce. http://www.dunedin-fl.com/history.htm

Dunedin is a great place to live!

You have receive excellent examples below of some of Dunedin amenities, in addition it has easy access to the Pinellas Recreational trail, a fine arts center, a new 60,000 sq ft community center on beautiful park grounds.

If you would like, I would be happy to enroll you in a Password Protected system that will email you properties directly from our MLS

The system gives you Price, Pictures, Addresses and Directions of the homes.

With this system, you can file the homes you like, and even make personal notes about the properties. (Like: I love this one and want to see it as soon as possible :-) )

And will update you whenever a new property comes on the market or changes status or price.

If you would like to be set up on this system, just email me the email adress you want me to use, and your general property parameters: (Minimum # bedrooms, Minimum # baths, Maximum price, etc. )

Best of luck in your house hunting quest

Downtown Dunedin is a quaint little historical town with small shops, library, etc. It is located just a short drive South of the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Dunedin also expands to the East where you will find more family communities. You did not mention whether you were looking for just yourself or a family. Regardless Dunedin is a great place to live.

I have been a Buyer Specialist in the area for over 4 years and would love to help you find the right home in our area.

I love Dunedin! Martha is right, there seems to be something going on down there all the time--my favorite sopts are all along the Old Main St. area, and the Marina, which is walking distance--it's truly Old Florida at its finest. Sister City to Stirling Scotland, the Highlands flavor is all around--check my blog (link below) for some articles on recent events!

Dunedin is a great place to live! The "downtown" is a quaint village close to the water with galleries, antique shops, boutiques and great restaurants. There is always some event happening there. East of town is a modern mall with an ice skating rink. You can live in a condos, an older Florida home or newer suburban neighborhood. It's close to beaches, Clearwater and Tampa.

Let me know if you'd like more information.
