Have you already got the answers you are looking for and are you already working with a Realtor? If not, feel free to email me at ElitePropertyShop@gmail.com . Even if you're working with someone already, but don't have your questions answered, give me a shout and I'll try to answer some questions for you. I work with investors and have done lots of fix and flip stuff ourselves and have some insight and tips for you. Good luck!

You'll need to talk to a lender to see what you can afford. Tell him your plans. At least you would be able to make better decisions as you proceed into the investment world.

With the market being what it is, you will need to look carefully.
Most of all, you need a plan.

Is this your first time flipping a home? If so, proceed with caution. The market can be tricky. Good luck!
