I have a Newspaper, All Things Real Estate and want to know what content would keep you as a reader coming back monthly and looking for the paper?

I live in Washington, DC and we have a real estate section on Washington Post called "real estate matter" . Its just like here on Trulia where you answer consumer`s questions. It has been my favorite section for long time now. Very educational and helpful.

Good Luck with your newspaper, I tried to google it but could not locate it online.

Market stats (DOM, absorption rate, demographics, etc), articles on various aspects of RE, profiles, human interest pieces (RE related), and more.

Real Estate Sales transfers in our local paper are something I look for. They only show three examples per week with pictures but all of the sales prices and addresses every week.

Hi Tracy, please call me at 503-395-8445 as I'd like to receive a media kit for your paper as a possible advertiser. andrew@expectsuccesscoaching.com ... I have an event coming up in September that I know realtors will want to attend: https://www.facebook.com/events/384837518244241

Thanks Jim, when you say transfer, do you sales?? I was thinking about doing what's sold and how much they sold for, oh and how long they were on the market. Trying to pick out which ones to use has been the difficult part!

Thank you Zaza!!! That's a great Idea, will do that for sure in the April edition. I didn't want to get flagged on Trulia for promoting the paper, but here'e the website:) http://www.allthingsre.net and http://www.facebook.com/all.thing.real.estate.newspaper
