The land is on the south side between Algodon Rd and Purple Sage Rd.

I own a lot in Sunshine Valley Ranchettes in Deming NM. I have not interest in it. I'm looking to sell it . Make me an offer.

People have been buying these 0.5 ac. since the 1950 or so. And I think they were paying the same back then. It is worthless unless you buy 2.0 ac. and hire someone to dig a well for water if there is any on your property.

The only people that says this is a good deal are Agents or someone tired of paying the taxes every year.

We have heard for years that this is going to be the hot spot for retirees but who know if that will be or not. Our prices for land are still very reasonable so I would say land would be a good investment.
