I can imagine that this might be a nice area to do this! Have you checked into the zoning requirements so that you are in compliance with the city codes?

Downtown Glendale might be an area worth checking out. At one point, they were offering businesses up to $40,000 to open a business in their downtown area. I don't know if that is still available but there are charming little shops and restaurants in old homes. If you would like help, please call me at 602-330-1840 for a free consultation.

Good luck with that. Be sure to check on the zoning for any property you consider.
